The space long known as a “Yogaworks” branch reopened as “Center for Yoga” under new local management on August 24, 2021.
LA’s first yoga studio was founded as ‘The Center For Yoga’ in 1967 before joining forces with YogaWorks in 2004.
Pay What You Can: Community Class every Friday 2:00-3:15 pm with a BIPOC instructor.

Center for Yoga is opening on August 24, Tuesday, at 10:00 am.
Enjoy coffee and bagels in the morning and free yoga classes throughout the day.
This is such wonderful news, who is opening the studio? Is it privately owned or is back with the yogaworks family but under another name?
So cool this has re-opened! We miss LA and the wonderful yoga community there. Look forward to hearing more about this space!
