Description: A bookstore that specializes in rare and out-of-print books in the fields of California history, Western Americana and photography.
History: Dawson’s is the oldest continuously operating book shop in the city of Los Angeles. Ernest Dawson started the shop in downtown Los Angeles in 1905. The shop moved to its current location on Larchmont Boulevard in 1968.
