Linzer cookies are sort of like Linzertorte but shaped like flat cookies, two of which are sandwiched together with jam in the middle.
The muffins with the pumpkin seeds on top must be the organic pumpkin muffins I took a picture of before. PQ also has blueberry and apple cinnamon muffins.
