Raya’s Paradise – 25 Year Anniversary Gala

West Hollywood, CA – On Friday, April 29th, residential care facility Raya’s Paradise founder Raya Gamburd and her son and current Executive Director Moti M. Gamburd will be hosting an anniversary gala to show their appreciation to their dedicated care staff, senior care community partners, friends and family.

For twenty five years, Raya’s Paradise has been setting the highest industry standards for older adults on the Westside of Los Angeles by emphasizing on quality care, safety and wellbeing.

Former West Hollywood mayor Councilmember Lindsey Horvathwill be presenting Raya’s Paradise with the city proclamation for the milestone accomplishment. She has advocated for the rights of older adults when she served on the board of SAGE (Services & Advocacy for GLBT Elders).

Los Angeles City Councilmember Paul Koretz, who has been a large supporter and advocate of older adult rights and issues, will be in attendance to present Raya’s Paradise the proclamation from the City of Los Angeles District 5 for the 25-year milestone. Raya’s Paradise is particularly honored to have him present in light of the passing of the Older American Act on April 19, 2016 to which Paul Koretz fought so strongly for.

Raya’s Paradise is an independently owned and operated upscale assisted-living facility that opened its doors in April of 1991 at 825 Larrabee Street in West Hollywood. It now owns and operates six homes in West Hollywood and cares for 47 frail older persons in a home-like assisted living environment.
