Hollywood Historic Hotel
Designed by S. Charles Lee in the late 1920s as the Hollywood Melrose Hotel.
In 1992, the historic building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places based on its architecture.
In 2010, the hotel was reopened as the newly restored Hollywood Historic Hotel.
