It’s summer, so there are more BBQ and salads on menus. Laurent has Sweet ‘n’ Spicy BBQ rub, as well as six (6) different dressings for your salads that can be used as marinade or sauce for your meat or seafood − basil, garlic and parmesan; honey, mustard and blue cheese;  balsamic; mustard, garlic and champagne; orange and raspberry; and Provençal.

If you happen to need a soothing necklace for a teething baby, Laurent happens to have those on his truck too. They’re very big in Europe!

Latest press in the Culver City Patch:

Born in the French Alps, Laurent Bonjour has an expansive knowledge of cheese. His customers call him “The French Cowboy,” “The Cheese Master” or simply “Monsieur” as they stop by his refrigerator truck to sample some of his 75 varieties of cheese. Sporting an Australian leather hat, Bonjour offers them a taste as well as recounting the history, legends and lineage of his tasty treats.

The truck is at the Larchmont Farmers Market every Sunday, 9 am – 2 pm, rain or shine!
