The menu is focused on plant-friendly dishes, including a Best Coast salad featuring an alfalfa mix, avocado, organic medjool dates, red onion, strawberries, creamy goat cheese, and sliced almonds. The Soprano is an alfalfa mix with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, Italian sundried peppers, red onion, sliced almonds, and balsamic vinaigrette.
