Woman not part of the Farmers Market but nearby was shouting to passersby.

Thought she was crazy, but turns out she was selling BOOKMARKS — these long pieces of wood that she hand-painted herself. Very pretty.

She was also selling orangewood combs. That’s her hand on the right.

Not sure if the bookmark-selling lady will be at the market again next week, but you’re sure to see Victoria, Paddy Mac and the root crops and other produce in Larchmont Village every Sunday!
