ThinKrisps @ Village Wine & Cheese!

Parmesan Jim told me that the very same ThinKrisps he sells at the Sunday farmers market are available at the Larchmont Village Wine and Cheese shop. Really?

I checked and sure enough was able to obtain photographic proof with my iPhone! In fact, they were prominently displayed by the line that forms for the sandwiches.

So what are these hard-to-pronounce things? They’re flat disks of 100% baked parmesan and cheddar. No flour, sugar or gluten! Half a gram of carbs, one point in the Weight Watchers program. Serve with dips and spreads, crumble into salads, enjoy with your favorite wine!

You should hear Jim do this spiel. I have a video clip, which I will post later.  Another take: “Baked cheese crisps that are crunchy like a chip. Great on salads instead of croutons and wonderful out of the package. Six crisps per pack!”

I spotted Original Cheddar and the Combo pack. There should also be Original Cheddar, Garlic Cheddar, Garlic Parmesan, Red Pepper Parmesan, Sage Parmesan and Lemon Pepper Parmesan. Check them out at the Farmers Market on Sunday. Jim freely gives out samples.
