Free Orientation Class at YogaWorks

Larchmont’s Center for Yoga regularly offers free orientation classes.

Next scheduled date: November 7th (Sunday), 2:30pm

The 90-minute free class involves an informal talk about yoga as well as the opportunity to practice a few yoga poses!

Reservations are not required but it’s recommended you arrive a few minutes early.
