What is Body Boost?
Combination of cardio, strength, core. Body Boost™ is a results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged. Starts with a warm-up, works on form during circuits and ends with some good stretching to maintain flexibility.
