Art of Conditioning with Therabands
Learn exercises that create strength and flexibility. The band exercises presented in this class will improve dynamic and static strength, trunk strength, extension, dynamic flexibility as well as motor and perceptual timing. Imagery is used with every exercise. Learn to use dynamic imagery in a work out routine to modulate tension level, movement quality and muscle recruitment. $20 each or buy 4 classes for $65

Increase Your Understanding of Anatomy and Movement
with Imagery for a Healthy Spine
Specifically looking at the movement of the spine, this class will be more technical. Bring your thinking cap and your memory–you won’t want to forget what you learn. Each class $20 or 4 for $65.

Increase Your Body Awareness
A slower paced class designed to turn your attention inward and notice more feeling in your body. This is a beginner class for people who have difficulty using imagery, sensing moiton in the body or who prefer a meditative class. This class is based on both the Fedenkrais Method and Franklin Methods and energetic awareness concepts. Each class $20 or 4 for $65.

More great Franklin work–this time with the use of a prop! Try these nifty little balls with their pressure point properties and learn some at-home techniques for getting out those nagging knots after a tough week. $20 for each class or $65 for a 4 class card.
