Sweet Camarosa Strawberries – plant patent filed for this cultivar in 1993 😉
$3 a basket, $7 for 3 baskets
Meredith’s hands showing off their Duck Confit, arguably Saveurs’ most popular item
It’s frozen and vacuum-sealed. Ingredients: Duck legs, thyme, salt, white pepper.
Very convenient. Just bake for 20 minutes and voila! You have confit de canard ready.
And I don’t remember the name, but these are like chocolate volcanoes — flourless!
Better to reheat in the oven than to microwave, according to Meredith of Saveurs.
Wild king salmon, unshelled shrimp, Chilean seabass, ahi sashimi, fatty sword, clams, oysters, bay scallops, diver scallops… much, much more!
Smoked fish – no preservatives!
Gorgeous roses sold by Sheran and Ron Burke, the potter!
Moth orchids: $12 for a single stem, $25 for a more substantial plant.
The spot of orange behind the flowers is Jim Barkley of ThinKrisps fame.
Grill Masters brings the chicken rotisserie truck to the Farmers Market.
Robertino Cucina of La Luna fame sells empanadas and tiramisu, inter alia.
And the farmers market wouldn’t be complete without a sample from the Flan King!
