Lemonade LA: Employment Opportunities 2013

Lemonade, the popular chain of restaurants, is opening an outpost on Larchmont in February 2013. It is in the former space of the Larchmont Larder on the east side of Larchmont Boulevard, just south of Melrose.

To staff the new location, Lemonade is hiring sandwich makers, marketplace servers, replenishers, back-of-the-house kitchen preppers, dishwashers, bussers, and cashiers. Those interested in such employment are invited to the hiring fair on January 23rd (Wednesday), 10am-7pm.

Preference is for experienced applicants who are available weekends and a few holidays.  Cooks should be good at following recipes, be sharp with knife skills, and work with a sense of urgency.  Full- and part-time hours are available. 

Applicants will be well served to know that the the man behind Lemonade Cafe is the popular restaurateur Chef Alan Jackson.

The concept is best described as Seasonal Southern California Comfort Food in a fast-casual cafeteria setting. Lemonade caters to people looking for a quick lunch or a healthy “grab and go” dinner for the family.
